These terms cover the use of roilogistics.ai and the ROI Logistics text-message program.

This website

This site describes ROI Logistics LLC and the companies it owns. It is for general information only and is not an offer to buy or sell any security or business. If you contact us through the site, we will use your information as described in our Privacy page.

Text messages

• Who sends them. ROI Logistics LLC, operating as Owners Firm, using the Telnyx messaging platform.
• What you'll receive. Appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups on your inquiries, and updates about services you use.
• How often. Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 10 messages per month.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan. We never charge for texts.
• Consent. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt in on our SMS opt-in page or by texting START to +1 (314) 784-0756.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages.
• Help. Reply HELP, email [email protected], or call 314-627-0722.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Your mobile information is never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. See Privacy and SMS Terms & Consent.
